Jonathan took over SCA as the Chief Executive Officer in the third quarter of 2023. He has over 25 years of experience leading businesses in supply chain, technology, and manufacturing. Through an operational focus and a genuine care for customers and the people who serve them, Jonathan has an unparalleled track record of fiscal success.
Prior to SCA, he served Coyote Logistics in multiple capacities; CFO, President and CEO. He started a foundation at a small logistics company and enabled its sale into Coyote as a platform for growth from a $150M entity to a $2.3B entity that exited to UPS in 2015. Post sale to UPS, Jonathan oversaw 3500 Coyote employees, maintained brand recognition and operational independence while adding an additional $3.5B to the Coyote revenue run rate. Earlier in his career, Jonathan served as Corporate Controller at Scovill Fasteners. He started his professional life at Arthur Andersen as a Financial Assurance Consultant.
He has a Masters of Accountancy from Auburn University & a BS in Accountancy from the University of Florida. His passions outside of building companies are his family, golf/pickle ball, cooking/wine, and fishing.
Gerry was appointed COO (Chief Operating Officer) in September 2023. He joined SCA in January 2020 following the acquisition by SCA of his very successful sweeping business. With his years at SCA, Gerry held multiple titles including Regional VP for the Midwest District, the Director of Integration for post 2020 acquisitions and VP of National Operations.
In his current position as COO, Gerry leads our SCA team with a quality and safety-focused mindset throughout all Field Operations. Implementing and continuously improving key field metrics including labor, revenue, and efficiencies. Delivering a consistent organizational message and identifying key market growth and acquisition strategies while interacting and negotiating with leading vendors and customers.
Gerry has 36 years of sweeping experience. Prior to joining SCA, He was President & CEO of Contract Sweepers and Equipment (CSE). CSE was one of the largest sweeping companies in the country as well as a dealer for street sweeping equipment. He was a founding member of the North American Power Sweeping Association (NAPSA) and President.
Gerry is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Marketing and minor in Economics. He has been married to his wife Sonja for 36 years, they are the proud parents of two children and grandparents of one granddaughter.
Chris was appointed to Regional Vice President-East of Sweeping Corp of America (SCA) in 2020 and formally held the role of General Manager since 2018. In his current position, Chris leads a safety-focused, field operations team, has been responsible for overseeing the integration acquisitions within the East Region, and works on process development and implementation to increase company profitability.
For twenty years prior to SCA, Chris held progressive safety and operational positions at a Fortune 200, waste company where he oversaw daily operations and financial performance of 17 operating units, generating 89 million in annual revenue.
Chris is a graduate of Longwood University with a B.S. in political science and history.
As the VP of Fleet, Sarath provides strategic direction for the entire fleet organization at SCA. He leads the company’s strategy for operating a safe, productive, and cost-effective fleet. As well as, leads a team of district fleet managers who are in hands-on leadership roles and responsible for the day-to-day fleet maintenance activities within our district repair shops, mobile technicians, and directly supervising technicians and/or parts coordinators to support our customers and branch locations. Sarath and his team are focused on streamlining SCA’s asset profile, improving Uptime & Utilization and reducing overall operating cost.
Prior to joining SCA, Sarath worked with Aramark for 17 years, primarily in the fleet, last mile delivery optimization and acquisition space. Before Aramark, he also worked with Schlumberger and IFlex.
Sarath was born and raised in India but moved to the United States in 2003. He received his MBA from UCLA Anderson. He currently resides in Dallas TX with his wife and two children.
